Miscellaneous
- If the time required to position and level a delivered shed exceeds one hour, an additional rate of $50.00 per hour is charged.
- 14' wide buildings measure 13' 6" on the frame
- If we supply block to set up the building, a $3.50 fee per block is charged.
- A compacted gravel or cement base is recommended for 14' wide sheds.
- Required permits or codes and property line clearance is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
- A 30% deposit is required at the time of order with the balance due on delivery.
- Deposits are refundable less 10%.
- Idaho deliveries add 6% sales tax.
- Credit card purchases add 2.5%
